Cancellation Policy - OsmiEat

Effective Date - 16th December 2025

 

Customer Cancellations

• A customer may cancel before the restaurant accepts the order.

• Once the restaurant starts preparing the order, cancellation is not allowed.

• If a rider is already on the way, cancellation is not refundable.

 

Restaurant Cancellations

If the restaurant cannot fulfil the order, the customer will receive a full refund.

 

Rider Cancellations

If a rider cancels after accepting, OsmiEat will reassign a new rider automatically.
