By using the OsmiEat platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Service Description

OsmiEat connects customers with restaurants and independent riders. OsmiEat is not responsible for food preparation.

 

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate delivery information, make timely payments, and be reachable during delivery.

 

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants must prepare food safely, follow listed timings, and ensure order accuracy.

 

5. Rider Responsibilities

Riders must handle orders safely, complete deliveries on time, and follow platform guidelines.

 

6. Payments

All payments must be made through the OsmiEat platform. Failed or fraudulent payments may result in account suspension.

 

7. Liability

OsmiEat is not liable for:

• Food quality issues caused by the restaurant

• Delays due to weather, traffic, or rider availability

 

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes should be submitted through support@osmieat.co.uk.
