Refund Policy – OsmiEat

At OsmiEat, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Refunds are only issued in specific situations after a full review.

 

Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be issued if:

• The order never arrived.

• The order was delivered to the wrong address by the rider.

• The food was severely damaged, missing major items, or unsafe to eat.

• The restaurant confirms they were unable to prepare the order.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued when:

• The customer provided the wrong address.

• The rider waited and attempted contact but received no answer.

• Minor issues such as packaging, temperature changes, or presentation.

• Customer changes their mind after the food is prepared.

• The customer attempts to dispute items that were delivered correctly.

 

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank.

 

OsmiEat reserves the right to refuse refunds for fraudulent or repeated claims.
