OsmiEat provides delivery services within the supported zones displayed in the app. Shipping availability depends on restaurant acceptance and rider availability at the time of order.
Estimated Shipping Time
The estimated shipping time shown in the app is indicative and may vary due to the following factors:
• Rider availability
• Restaurant preparation time
• Weather, traffic or unforeseen conditions
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees may vary based on distance, time of day, peak hours, or ongoing promotions.
Failed Shipping Attempts
If the delivery partner reaches the delivery location and the customer is unavailable after reasonable contact attempts:
• The delivery partner may wait up to 8 minutes.
• If the order cannot be delivered, it will be marked as undeliverable, and no refund will be issued.
